Animal Hospital (Anomaly) is a survival horror game from Animal Anomaly. You have been hired to work the night shift at an animal hospital, treat the patients — and notice that some of them are acting strangely. Released in May 2026, it has passed 2.3 billion visits.

How to Redeem Animal Hospital Codes (and How to Earn Rewards Instead)
There is nothing to redeem, but the game gives you a clear way to earn Animal Coins:
- Complete your shifts and treat the patients — you earn Animal Coins for finishing them, starting with five in Shift 1.
- After Shift 4, the Supplies Shop opens, and the Shopkeeper sells one to three Animal Coins for the cash you earn from shifts.
- Check the class guides for prices and perks before you spend your Animal Coins.
What Animal Hospital Codes Give You
The game’s currency is Animal Coins, and there are two ways to get them: finishing shifts, and buying small amounts from the Shopkeeper NPC in the Supplies Shop, which opens after Shift 4.
The main skill in the game is spotting anomalies, the patients that look or act wrong, and rejecting them correctly. Learning which anomalies exist is worth more than any freebie.
Why Aren’t My Animal Hospital Codes Working?
Animal Hospital does not currently have a code box, so no code will work. If a site offers “working” Animal Hospital codes, it is not describing a real feature of the game.

About Animal Hospital
The setup is simple and unsettling: you work a night shift, treat patients one by one, and try to spot the ones that are behaving abnormally. Classes give you different perks and there are several to choose from, so the game rewards experimenting.
Up to 30 players can share a server, which turns a scary shift into something you can survive with friends. The game’s guides cover its anomalies, classes and how to find the hidden Clown.

In Animal Hospital you are hired for the night shift and it is your job to treat the patients, but some of them are acting strangely, which gives the game its horror edge.
