How we check: every code on this page is cross-checked against 99 Nights in the Forest’s official channels, and we only list a code as active when the evidence agrees. Codes are copied character-for-character, so capital letters, numbers and symbols are exactly what the game expects.

99 Nights in the Forest turned a simple campfire into one of the biggest games Roblox has ever seen. Grandma’s Favourite Games launched it in March 2025, and it has already passed an astonishing 29.7 billion visits. You and your friends (up to 25 players per server) set up camp in a dark forest, keep the fire burning, go out looking for the missing children, and try to survive whatever is watching you from the trees until night 99.

Codes are rare here, which makes each one worth grabbing. They pay out in Diamonds, the premium currency you spend on classes that change how you play. There are currently two regular codes, plus a hidden one that works a little differently.

Codes here are lowercase — copy them exactly. “yay fishing” is not entered in the Codes menu at all; it goes into the chat box, with the space, while you are fishing.

What 99 Nights in the Forest Codes Give You

Diamonds are the only thing codes give out in any real quantity, and they are the currency that unlocks classes. Classes are what separate a lucky run from a planned one: some make you better at gathering, some at fighting, some at keeping the rest of the team alive. Two regular codes are worth 30 Diamonds together, which is a meaningful head start toward your first paid class.

The newest code, forestwakesup26, also adds three Flames. The hidden “yay fishing” code is small, but it is a fun reason to try fishing once your camp is established.

Why Aren’t My 99 Nights in the Forest Codes Working?

Check that you typed the code in lowercase and without extra spaces, and that you are entering regular codes in the Codes menu rather than chat. For “yay fishing” it is the opposite: it only counts when typed into chat while you are actually fishing, which requires a level 2 campfire and a rod. Codes can also stop working without warning, so if one fails, the Report button tells us to check it again.

When Does 99 Nights in the Forest Get New Codes?

New codes have lined up with big updates and seasonal events, such as last year’s Halloween code. The developers announce them through the game’s Discord server, its X account and its Roblox community rather than a dedicated codes channel, so update announcements are the place to watch.

99 Nights in the Forest gameplay

Each run in 99 Nights in the Forest starts at a small camp in the woods. By day you head out to gather wood, food and scrap, craft tools and upgrade the campfire; by night you pull back to the light and hope it holds, because the creatures in the forest get bolder as the nights pile up. Finding the lost children scattered through the woods is part of the goal, and it means going deeper into the forest than is comfortable.

Runs are cooperative, so a good group splits the work: someone keeps the fire fed, someone scouts, someone fights. Classes bought with Diamonds lean into those roles, which is why the free Diamonds from codes are genuinely useful.
